Those who haven’t heard of the Pickup Artist on VH1, here’s quick background: The reality show focuses on 8-9 male contestents who have not been able pick up a girl to be in relationships or have never been in love. They go on the show to learn the art of “pickup” so that they can go in a bar and be able to meet a girl. The show focuses on the master pickup artist Mystery or Erik von Markovik and his wings, also known as wingmen. Some his wingmen included: J-Dog, Matador, and Tara. J-Dog is Justin Marks and Matador is Stan Tayi.

So the reality show has the contestents go through a set of challenges. Those who cannot complete the challenge will be negatively affected as Mystery has to pick someone to kick off the show for that week.

In Season 2, there were 9 contestants:

Simeon Moses
Matt Radmanovich
Greg Fellows
Rian Turner
Brian Ly
Todd Pabst
Karl Meyer
Kevin Feng
Alex William Shelle

By week 7, it was down to Simeon, Matt, and Greg. Greg was the one who had not had a date in 5 years. I thought he was going to take home the crown of the Pick-Up Artist, but he got kicked off in week 8.

Then is was just Simeon and Matt. Matt flew all the way around to country to meet with his girlfriend, but instead of getting a warm embrace from his girlfriend, he got dumped. Simeon also had a girlfriend that dumped him and he cried when that happened.

The contestant who won the title of Pick-Up Artist was Simeon Moses.
